Joe Rogan has become an American icon for many. People either love him or love to hate him. It doesn’t matter which category you fall into the fact remains he is the most popular podcaster and the most controversial.
The Joe Rogan Experience is a simple podcast with a small team, some audio and video equipment, and a welcoming, comfortable room. Its true power is everything the legacy mainstream media isn’t. Honest, thought-provoking, and informative.
Today’s shows are full of talking heads who preach their beliefs and spew a one-sided condescending narrative at the viewers. It does not matter which side of the aisle you are on. They talk down to you.
Joe Rogan does not and he does not allow his guests to. He gets them to answer his questions and then tells the audience it is up to them to figure out the truth. He is not afraid to put people on the spot and does not bend his knee to anyone.
His recent interview with Aaron Rodgers has become one of his more popular episodes because it contained a wide variety of information. They talked about everything from Rodgers’ Covid battle with the NFL last year to the praise of Kayleigh McEnany.
Rogan offered high praise for former White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany. He compared her to sports legend Michael Jordan because she was so good at the job. One would think the praise coming from Joe Rogan wouldn’t carry any weight but the man does because people respect his opinion.
It wasn’t the first time he praised Kayleigh for doing a great job. This past May he said, “The only one who was good at it, the last lady with Trump. Kayleigh McEnany,” “She’s the best. She’s the GOAT at that s***.”
McEnany was famous for slapping around the likes of Jim Acosta, Jake Tapper, the New York Times, and anyone else who would question her facts. When she strode up to the podium, she was as prepared as any White House Press Secretary could be.
Since she left, we’ve been entertained by Circle Back Jenn Psaki who tried to play the part of Kayleigh. She had famous exchanges with Fox’ Peter Doocy. The difference is, that Doocy was ever respectful, unlike his CNN counterparts, and Psaki wasn’t prepared to answer his questions.
Rogan would criticize Psaki. “She just f***ing flat-out lied on not just one occasion, multiple occasions,” he continued. “I mean, maybe they had a narrative that they told her, maybe these were talking points, maybe that’s her job.”
Now, we have “I don’t know” Karine Jean Pierre. The identity box checking replacement for Circle Back Psaki. The former secretary must smile every time she watches a press briefing because it makes her look good.
